Here’s how to order a courier if you need to send personal items to friends, documents to partners, or orders to clients.
How to Place an Order
You can order a courier through the website or app — choose whichever is more convenient for you.
On the website: Click on "Order Delivery" in the top-right corner of the page.
In the app: Open the "Send a Parcel" section.
Then, select how you’d like the parcel to be sent — as soon as possible, within 4 hours, or at a scheduled time. This article explains how to determine which type of delivery you need.
Choose your delivery method — on foot, by car, or by truck.
On foot: up to 15 kg.
By car: up to 200 kg.
By truck: up to 1500 kg. [Learn more here.]
Enter the addresses, phone numbers, approximate weight of the parcel, and details of what you are sending.
Specify the value of the parcel (up to 3000$ ). This will add an additional 0.5% of the parcel’s value to the order cost, but we will fully compensate you if anything happens to the parcel. However, this is unlikely as only the most experienced couriers with good ratings handle valuable parcels.
If you have a promo code or need loading/unloading services, be sure to mention that as well.
Choose your payment method — cash or card — then click "Submit Order." Done!
Cash on delivery: Choose the address where the payment will be made.
Card online: The payment will be held and charged once the order is completed.
How to Edit an Order
If you need to change the time at one of the addresses, add or remove an address, adjust the value of the parcel, or make any other changes to the order, follow these steps:
After placing an order on the website, a personal account is automatically created for you. Your login is your phone number.
Go to your personal account on the website or the “Orders” → “Active” section in the app.
Select the order you need to edit and click "Edit."
Enter the new or additional details, make sure the price is correct, and click "Submit Order" again.
Done! Your order has been edited.
Note: If you edit the order after the courier has been assigned, they may refuse the job. In that case, a new search for a courier will begin. Couriers typically refuse if there are significant changes to the route.
How to Cancel an Order
If your plans have changed and you no longer need the delivery, you can cancel the order in your personal account on the website or in the app.
Click "Cancel" next to the order.
Confirm that this is the order you want to cancel, and click "Cancel" again.
Choose the reason for cancellation and confirm your decision. The order will be canceled after that.
Important: If you cancel the order when the courier is already on their way and has been traveling for more than five minutes without delays, we will charge you for a false call
